Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect your information.

This Privacy Policy explains how Anow IT Solution ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit our website, buy our products, use our services or use our mobile apps published on Google Play under the developer name "Anow IT Solution".

1. Information we collect on our website

  • Account data: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, country and company.
  • Order data: products purchased, billing details, payment method and transaction references. Card payments are processed by PayHere or Stripe – we never see or store full card numbers.
  • Support data: messages, tickets and files you send us.
  • Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, referring website. Our built-in analytics uses a daily-rotating anonymous hash instead of cookies.

2. Information our mobile apps use

  • Device and usage data: app version, device model, operating system, crash reports and anonymous usage statistics (for example through Google Firebase), used to keep the app working and to fix problems.
  • Advertising: free versions of our apps may show ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may use the device's advertising ID and approximate location to show and measure ads. You can reset or limit the advertising ID in your device settings (Google > Ads).
  • Purchases and subscriptions: in-app purchases are handled by Google Play. We receive only confirmation of the purchase (for example that "Pro" is active) – never your card or payment details.
  • Permissions: depending on the app and the feature you use, an app may ask for access to the camera (for example to scan QR codes or stream video), the microphone (live streaming or radio features), storage/files (to send or save files), nearby devices, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or location (to find nearby devices for file transfer), and notifications. Each permission is used only for the feature you start, and you can turn it off at any time in your device settings.
  • Your files and streams: files you transfer with our apps go directly between devices or through the service you choose; we do not store or read your files. Live streams are sent to the platform you choose (for example YouTube, Facebook or your own RTMP server) under that platform's own terms.

3. How we use information

  • To deliver purchases, licence keys, downloads, hosting and installation services.
  • To run our apps, unlock paid features and fix crashes.
  • To provide customer support and respond to quote requests.
  • To send order confirmations and, if you subscribe, product news (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • To show ads in free versions of our apps.
  • To prevent fraud and keep our services secure.
  • To improve our website, products and apps.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is necessary with:

  • payment processors (PayHere, Stripe, banks) and Google Play for app purchases;
  • hosting providers that run our website and services;
  • Google services used in our apps (Firebase, AdMob) and, where enabled, analytics tools such as Google Analytics;
  • authorities, when the law requires it.

These providers process data under their own privacy policies, for example the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for login sessions, the shopping cart and security (CSRF). Optional analytics or advertising cookies are used only if enabled. See our Cookie Policy.

6. Data retention and security

Order records are kept for accounting and licence verification. Support messages are kept as long as needed to help you. App crash and usage data is kept by Google Firebase according to its own retention settings. We use HTTPS, hashed passwords and restricted admin access to protect your information.

7. International transfers

Our service providers (for example Google, payment processors and hosting providers) may process data in other countries. They protect it under their own security and legal safeguards.

8. Children

Our website and apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your rights and data deletion

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data at any time.

  • Website account and orders: email info@anowhosting.com from the email address of your account and ask us to delete your account. We delete your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (for example invoices).
  • Mobile apps: most of our apps do not need an account. To delete data linked to an app, uninstall the app and email info@anowhosting.com with the app name; we will delete any data we hold for you within 30 days. Purchases stay in your Google Play account.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
