By accessing this website, purchasing from Anow IT Solution or using any of our products, services or mobile apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website, products, services or apps.
1. Who we are
Anow IT Solution ("we", "us") develops and sells ready-made website scripts, web templates, themes and mobile apps, and provides custom development, installation, web hosting and related services. Contact details are on our Contact page.
2. Digital products (scripts, templates, themes)
Digital products are delivered as downloadable source code after payment. Each purchase grants a licence as described in our License Terms; you do not acquire ownership of the intellectual property. One licence covers one project unless the licence you bought says otherwise. Product descriptions, live demos and documentation show what is included in each item.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please give us correct and up-to-date information. We may suspend accounts that are used for fraud, abuse or that break these Terms.
4. Prices and payments
Prices are shown in the store currency at checkout. Payments on our website are processed by PayHere, Stripe or bank transfer. Bank transfers are activated after we verify the payment. We never store your full card details on our servers; card payments are handled by the payment provider.
5. Delivery
Digital products are available for download immediately after a successful payment (or after verification of a bank transfer). Download links are sent to your account and/or email. If a download does not arrive, please contact us and we will resend it.
6. Custom development and installation services
Custom development, installation, customisation and marketing services are delivered according to the agreed quote, timeline and milestones. Additional requests outside the agreed scope may be charged separately. You are responsible for providing the access details, content and approvals we need to complete the work.
7. Web hosting and domains
Hosting plans and domains are provided for the period you pay for. Renewal invoices are sent before the due date; services that are not renewed may be suspended and later removed. You are responsible for the content you host and for keeping your own backups. Hosting may not be used for illegal content, spam, malware, phishing or activity that harms our servers or other customers. Domain registrations are also subject to the rules of the relevant domain registry.
8. Mobile apps (Google Play)
These Terms also apply to the mobile apps we publish on Google Play under the developer name "Anow IT Solution".
- Use: you may use our apps for personal, lawful purposes. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell or misuse an app, its content or its services.
- Ads: free versions of our apps may show advertisements provided by third-party ad networks (for example Google AdMob).
- In-app purchases and subscriptions: paid features (such as "Pro") are sold and billed through Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically according to the plan you choose, unless you cancel them in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions before the renewal date. One-time ("lifetime") purchases do not renew. Refunds for Google Play purchases follow Google Play's refund policy.
- Your content: you are responsible for the files, streams and other content you share using our apps. We do not claim ownership of your content.
- Third-party services: some features use third-party services (for example Google Firebase, YouTube or Facebook). Their own terms and privacy policies apply to those services.
- Availability: we may update, change or discontinue features of an app at any time, and may suspend access for users who break these Terms.
9. Support and updates
Item support covers questions about features, help with reported bugs and assistance with included third-party assets. Customisation, installation and server configuration are paid services. Updates for products are provided as described on each product page.
10. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Purchases made inside our mobile apps are refunded under Google Play's refund policy.
11. Privacy
How we collect, use and protect personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
12. Prohibited use
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or share our source code or apps except as allowed by the licence you purchased, use our products or services for illegal purposes, or attempt to break the security of our website, servers or apps.
13. Intellectual property
All products, apps, designs, logos and content on this website are owned by Anow IT Solution or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Third-party components included in our products remain under their own licences.
14. Limitation of liability
Products, apps and services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, data loss or loss of profits arising from the use of our products, apps or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service concerned.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page with the date of the last update. Continued use of our website, products, services or apps after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Consumers in other countries keep any mandatory rights given to them by the laws of their country.
