AdNexa - your own ad network, ready to run

AdNexa is a complete, self-hosted ad network under your own brand. Publishers add their websites, prove ownership with a meta tag or a text file, create ad units and paste one line of async ad code; they earn a share of every valid view and click and request payouts by PayPal or bank transfer. Advertisers top up a prepaid wallet and run CPC or CPM campaigns with targeting by country, device, site category and schedule. You review sites and ads, keep the traffic clean and keep the commission.

The ad server picks the best ad for every slot with an auction by effective eCPM, budget pacing and frequency caps. Every click passes the fraud & quality rules (bots, datacenters, repeat and self clicks, validity window, risk score with a review queue) before anybody is charged. Top-ups with Stripe, PayPal, Paystack, PayHere, Razorpay or bank transfer are verified on the server; nothing renews or charges by itself.

Good to know

• One installation runs one ad network with one currency (USD by default) - every number is an admin setting.
• Top-ups are one-off payments into a prepaid wallet - nothing renews or charges automatically. Publisher payouts are sent by you and recorded in the admin. Online payments need your own merchant accounts.
• English is bundled; other languages are added in the admin with optional auto-translate.
• All people, sites, brands and numbers of the demo are fictional sample content.

Requirements at a glance

PHP 8.3+, MySQL 5.7+ / MariaDB 10.3+ (or SQLite), Apache, LiteSpeed or Nginx and a cron job. Full list below.

Install

1. Create an empty MySQL / MariaDB database and user in your hosting panel and select PHP 8.3 or newer.
2. Upload the adnexa folder and point your domain to its public folder - or upload its contents straight into public_html (with the hidden .htaccess files).
3. Open your-domain.com: the browser installer checks the server, asks for the database, your network name, country and owner account (optionally with demo data) and finishes in short steps.
4. Sign in at /login - the owner lands in the admin panel.
5. Admin > Settings: site, colours, payments and gateways, e-mail; Pricing & rules: bids, revenue share, payouts, countries, sales tax.
6. Add one cron job: * * * * * cd /path/to/adnexa && php artisan schedule:run

Updates

Back up, upload the update zip in Admin > Settings > Update (or copy the new files), then click Run update.
