CrewNest - one website for your travel and manpower agency

CrewNest runs a complete agency online: flights your team adds and prices itself with boarding-pass style e-tickets, visa services with document uploads, overseas jobs with an 8-stage recruitment pipeline, Umrah packages and Hajj registration with deposits and instalments. Every service is a module you switch on or off, prices show in the visitor's currency, and customers pay with Stripe, PayPal, Paystack, PayHere, Razorpay, bank transfer or at your office.

One installation is one agency website with one admin panel for the owner, admins and agents, and one account for every customer - phone-first, light and dark.

Good to know

• One installation is one agency website. Flights are added by your team (your own fares and seats); your team issues tickets in the airline system you already use. Live airline fares are an optional connector.
• Payments are one-off; deposits and instalments get reminders with a pay link and nothing is charged automatically. Online payments need your own merchant accounts.
• English is bundled; other languages are added in the admin with optional auto-translate.
• All people, agencies, airlines, employers and hotels of the demo are fictional sample content.

Requirements at a glance

PHP 8.3+, MySQL 5.7+ / MariaDB 10.3+ (or SQLite), Apache, LiteSpeed or Nginx and a cron job. Full list below.

Install

1. Create an empty MySQL / MariaDB database and user in your hosting panel and select PHP 8.3 or newer.
2. Upload the crewnest folder and point your domain to its public folder - or upload its contents straight into public_html (with the hidden .htaccess files).
3. Open your-domain.com: the browser installer checks the server, asks for the database and creates your site and owner account (demo data optional, imported in short steps so shared hosts do not time out).
4. Sign in at /login, fill in your agency details, choose your modules, add airports, airlines and fares (or import a CSV), visa types, job orders and packages, switch on your payment gateways and set up SMTP.
5. Add the cron job * * * * * cd /path/to/crewnest && php artisan schedule:run for seat holds, instalment reminders, exchange rates and backups.

Updates

1. Back up, upload the update zip in Admin › Update (or copy the new files over the old ones; .env, storage and public/uploads are kept), then click Run update - your data is kept.
