InviteLy - invitations as lovely as the day itself

InviteLy is a complete online invitations and RSVP website you run under your own name. Hosts - couples, parents, planners and companies - pick a designed template, add their event details and share one link. Guests open it on any phone, read the invitation and reply in a few taps - no account, no app. The host sees every reply live, with meal counts for the caterer.

You earn from every invitation: the first one is free with a small watermark and a guest limit; Premium is a one-time payment per invitation and packs of 5 or 10 credits give planners a lower price. Stripe, PayPal, Paystack, PayHere, Razorpay and bank transfer are built in, every payment is verified on the server and nothing renews. Light theme by default with a full dark mode, installable as an app (PWA), and every text, price and colour is an admin setting.

• One installation runs one invitation website with one currency (USD by default) - every price and limit is an admin setting.
• Premium and packs are one-time purchases - nothing renews or charges automatically. Online payments need your own merchant accounts.
• Guests reply without an account; photos on an invitation come from the host's own gallery.
• English is bundled; other languages are added in the admin with optional auto-translate.
• All people, names and numbers of the demo are fictional sample content.

Requirements at a glance

Support and updates

Support covers installation questions and bugs. Updates come as a full package and a small update zip with a one-click update in the admin.

• No Composer, Node or SSH needed - the vendor folder is included

Install

1. Create an empty MySQL / MariaDB database and user in your hosting panel and select PHP 8.3 or newer.
2. Upload the invitely folder and point your domain to its public folder - or upload its contents straight into public_html (with the included .htaccess files).
3. Open your domain: the installer checks the server, connects the database, creates your owner account and can import the demo data.
4. Sign in and set Settings > General, Appearance, Pricing & packs, Payment gateways and Email.
5. Add one cron job: * * * * * cd /path/to/invitely && php artisan schedule:run

Update

Back up, upload the update zip in Settings > Update (or copy the files by FTP) and click Run update.
