LaundryPro - one script, two modes: your own laundry or a laundry SaaS

LaundryPro is a complete pickup and delivery system for laundries and dry-cleaners. Every laundry gets a public website with online pickup booking, a customer app with live order tracking, a rider app to weigh and tag clothes at the door, a store / plant app to scan tags and run the machines, and a laundry admin for orders, processing, riders and routes, plans, business clients, billing and settings.

Install it as a single laundry (one laundry with any number of plants, hubs, stores and riders) or as a multi-laundry SaaS where each laundry has its own sub-domain or domain and you sell plans from a super admin. The mode is chosen in the installer and can be switched later without reinstalling. Built on Laravel 13 (PHP 8.3+) with a browser installer - the vendor folder is included.

The live demo runs in single mode and every demo opens with one click - no typing needed. The SaaS super admin is shown in the images.

A website for every laundry

Home page with a quick booking bar, service categories, popular services, plans, how it works, inside the plant, live tracking, reviews, FAQ and an Add to home screen block; services with filters and per-kg / per-piece prices, service pages with process and care guide, a full price list, a pincode service-area check, customer plans, a business page with a quote form, order tracking by code and phone, about, contact and CMS pages. Language and currency switcher included.

Book a pickup, pay now or on delivery

• 4-step booking: services, pickup slot and address (map pin and service-area check), payment, scheduled - with preferences, add-ons, express and a live estimate
• Pay online, pay on delivery (UPI or cash), with the wallet, from the kg plan quota or on a monthly business invoice
• The estimate becomes the final bill from the weight the rider records at the door
• Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, Paystack, PayHere and bank transfer with server-side verification - each laundry uses its own gateway keys

A customer app with live tracking

The live order with a map, a timeline and every garment tag with its stage; orders with bill, receipt, online payment, reschedule, cancel, report an issue and review; My Plan with kg quota, Wallet & Payments with top-up and cashback, addresses, recurring pickups, reviews, refer & earn, profile with laundry preferences and notification channels, and help tickets. It is a responsive web app that can be added to the phone home screen (no app-store download).

Rider app, routes and a live map

• Rider app: the day's route and stop list, Navigate / Call / WhatsApp, pickup with weight, tags and stain photos, pickup and delivery OTP or proof photo, cash / UPI collection, failed attempts with a new date, earnings and cash in hand
• Weight from a Bluetooth scale with the standard Weight Scale Service (Chrome on Android, https) or typed by hand - manual entry is always available
• Route suggestions in nearest-neighbour order with manual reorder; no paid routing API
• Live map of the riders while the rider app is open and the shift is on; COD deposits at the hub

Processing board, machines and quality check

Every bag or piece gets a tag. Staff scan tags in the store app with the phone camera or a USB / Bluetooth scanner gun and move them through intake, washing, drying, pressing, QC and packing - one tag or a batch. The drag-and-drop processing board shows every order by stage; machines run cycles with the tags inside, with maintenance and utility logs; QC can pass, send to rewash or raise an issue. Code 128 / QR labels print from the browser (50 x 25 mm).

A laundry admin that runs the day

• Dashboard with live KPIs, plant floor and riders; reports with CSV export
• Orders with weighing, tags, photos and timeline, plus counter (walk-in) orders
• Price list per kg, piece and garment with member prices; service areas, slots and closed days; hubs and plants
• Inventory with suppliers and purchase orders; coupons and refer & earn; WhatsApp / SMS / e-mail campaigns, templates and automations; reviews, issues and claims; roles and permissions

Kg plans, business clients and billing

Customer plans with a monthly kg quota, roll-over and auto-renew reminders; business clients (hotels, gyms, salons, PGs, restaurants) with contracts, pickup schedules and monthly GST invoices that can be paid online; billing and payments with refunds, the wallet ledger and a GST summary.

Single laundry or multi-laundry SaaS

• Single mode: one laundry on your domain, everything from /admin including the system pages; no plans or limits
• SaaS mode: each laundry on its own sub-domain or custom domain; public sign-up with free trials; plans with limits (hubs, riders, orders and WhatsApp messages a month) and feature flags; subscription billing, renewals, verification, support tickets and support login
• Colours with presets, logos and 1,950+ Google Fonts; website CMS and page builder; languages with a translation editor and multiple currencies
• Browser installer for shared hosting, VPS and Windows (XAMPP / Laragon) - no Composer, Node.js or SSH needed

Good to know

• The customer, rider and store apps are responsive web apps that can be added to the home screen; no native Android / iOS apps and no push notifications to a closed app.
• Bluetooth scales work only with the standard Bluetooth Weight Scale Service in browsers with Web Bluetooth (Chrome on Android) on https; typing the weight is always possible.
• Camera scanning uses the browser's barcode reader where available, otherwise QR codes; any scanner gun that types like a keyboard works. Labels are printed from the browser.
• Live tracking shows the rider's last position while the rider app is open and the shift is on. Routes are a nearest-neighbour suggestion with straight-line distances plus manual reorder; no paid routing or traffic API.
• WhatsApp needs a Meta WhatsApp Cloud API account and templates approved by Meta; SMS needs an MSG91 or Twilio account.
• Each laundry collects order payments with its own gateway keys; there is no escrow or split payment. Plans are paid each period (no automatic recurring card charge). Refunds are made in the gateway dashboard and recorded in LaundryPro.
• Wildcard sub-domains and custom domains need DNS and SSL set-up on your server. There is no public REST API in this version.

Support and updates

Support covers installation, configuration and bugs in the item. Server administration and custom development are not included.

Demo note: the live demo runs in single-laundry mode with demo mode on - changes in the laundry admin and the apps are disabled, the public booking flow can be tried, and the demo data resets every 3 hours.

Install

1. Create an empty MySQL / MariaDB database and user in your hosting panel and select PHP 8.3 or newer.
2. Upload the contents of the laundrypro folder (with the hidden .htaccess files) and point your domain to its public folder - or upload it straight into public_html.
3. Open your-domain.com: the browser installer checks the server, asks for the database, lets you choose single laundry or multiple laundries (SaaS), and creates your account (demo data optional).
4. Single mode: log in at /admin and set up the business, service areas and slots, price list, payment gateways, SMTP and WhatsApp / SMS. SaaS mode: log in at /superadmin, set the sub-domain base, platform gateways and plans.
5. Add riders and staff; they use /rider and /store, customers use /account.
6. Add the cron job * * * * * cd /path/to/laundrypro && php artisan schedule:run for route planning, recurring pickups, reminders, automations and renewals.

Updates

1. Back up, upload the new files over the old ones (keep .env, storage and public/uploads), then open System Update and click Run update - your data is kept.
