Mobizo runs a phone shop online: new and refurbished phones of every brand with Grade A / B / C and battery health, accessories, spare parts that show which models they fit, and repair booking with instant estimates and a live 7-stage tracker. Start as a single store and switch to a multi-vendor marketplace at any time: phone and repair shops apply, pay for a plan by the month or year (no auto-renew) and sell for a commission; you record their payouts.

Customers pay with Stripe, PayPal, Paystack, PayHere, Razorpay or bank transfer - every payment verified on the server. One installation is one store website with one admin panel - phone-first, light and dark, with premium motion.

Good to know

• One installation is one store website. Brand names are shown as text: brand logos are uploaded by the store owner for the brands they have the rights to use. Phones are drawn illustrations - no trademarked artwork is included.
• Payments are one-off; vendor plans are paid per period with a reminder and pay link - nothing renews automatically. Vendor payouts are sent by you and recorded in the admin. Online payments need your own merchant accounts.
• English is bundled; other languages are added in the admin with optional auto-translate. USA defaults (USD, New York time, sales tax by state) - every region setting is editable.
• All people, shops and numbers of the demo are fictional sample content.

Requirements at a glance

PHP 8.3+, MySQL 5.7+ / MariaDB 10.3+ (or SQLite), Apache, LiteSpeed or Nginx and a cron job. Full list below.

Install

1. Create an empty MySQL / MariaDB database and user in your hosting panel and select PHP 8.3 or newer.
2. Upload the mobizo folder and point your domain to its public folder - or upload its contents straight into public_html (with the hidden .htaccess files).
3. Open your-domain.com: the browser installer checks the server, asks for the database and creates your store and owner account; choose single or multi-vendor mode (demo data optional, imported in short steps so shared hosts do not time out).
4. Sign in at /login, fill in your store details, add brands, models and products (or import models from a CSV), set your repair prices, shipping methods and sales tax, switch on your payment gateways and set up SMTP.
5. Add the cron job * * * * * cd /path/to/mobizo && php artisan schedule:run for unpaid orders, vendor plan reminders, price-drop alerts and backups.

Updates

1. Back up, upload the update zip in Admin › Settings › Update (or copy the new files over the old ones; .env, storage and public/uploads are kept), then click Run update - your data is kept.
