Support and updates

Support covers installation, configuration and bugs in the item. Server administration and custom development are not included.

Demo note: the live demo runs in demo mode. Saving, uploading and deleting are disabled, and the content resets every 3 hours.

• PHP 8.3 or newer
• MySQL 5.7+ / 8.x or MariaDB 10.3+ (SQLite for testing)
• PHP extensions: pdo_mysql, mbstring, openssl, tokenizer, xml, ctype, json, fileinfo, gd, curl
• Apache or LiteSpeed with mod_rewrite (cPanel, hPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin) or Nginx
• No Composer, Node.js or SSH needed (vendor folder included)

Install

1. Create an empty MySQL database and a user with all privileges in your hosting panel, and select PHP 8.3 or newer.
2. Upload the contents of the redbytetech folder to your domain folder (e.g. public_html) and extract it.
3. Open https://your-domain.com/install and follow the 4 steps.
4. Sign in at /admin (or the admin folder name you chose).
5. Set up SMTP, payment keys, logo and colours.

Updates

Back up, upload the new files except .env, storage and public/uploads, run the migrations and clear the cache.
